I was born and raised in New Mexico, where the values of hard work, competition, and perseverance
were ingrained in me from an early age. Both of my parents were educators—my mother taught
English and Southwest literature, and my father, also an English and Science teacher, was well
known as a dedicated coach. He led teams in gymnastics, volleyball, and track, fostering a spirit of
excellence and resilience in me. Words like “quitting” and “can’t” were never part of my vocabulary,
and that mindset has guided me throughout my life and career.

My nursing journey began in the operating room and recovery room, where I had the privilege of
working alongside exceptional surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses who shaped my early career.
I was particularly drawn to plastic surgery, where I witnessed firsthand the incredible transformations
that improved not just appearances but confidence and quality of life—whether enhancing someone’s
natural beauty or helping cancer patients restore their sense of self after life-altering treatments. This
experience sparked my fascination with aesthetics and its potential to change lives.

Eventually, I transitioned into a management role, serving as the Clinical Director of a high-volume,
free-standing surgery center that performed over 900 cases per month. My primary focus was on
operational excellence and compliance to ensure that every patient experienced the best outcomes
with minimal stress. Under my leadership, we earned multiple certificates of excellence in the
Ambulatory Surgery Center world and were recognized as one of the top-performing centers.
Throughout this time, my passion for plastic surgery continued to grow, reinforcing my desire to
explore aesthetics further.

Later, I had the unique opportunity to assist in designing and building two new Ambulatory Surgery
Centers. As Clinical Director, I worked closely with outstanding physicians, nurses, and surgical
technicians, ensuring that our facilities met the highest standards of care. Our centers received
national recognition from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), a
testament to our commitment to patient safety and quality care.

After 15 years of leadership, I decided to take a step back and reflect on what truly inspired me. My
passion had always been rooted in plastic surgery and aesthetics, so I seized the opportunity to
collaborate with a master practitioner in the field. What began as an idea sketched out on paper
turned into a vision—and with countless hours of hard work and relentless determination, Aesthetic
Alchemy was born.

At Aesthetic Alchemy, my mission is to create a welcoming space where both women and men feel
comfortable expressing their aesthetic goals and needs. Together, we work toward achieving those
goals through personalized treatments. Whether it’s anti-aging solutions, health and wellness support,
or body-strengthening therapies, I’m dedicated to helping my clients become the best versions of
themselves—inside and out.
